“I like living in the yard but the utilities are 100$ per month more or less which is incredibly high. I also think the lights in the common area on the ground floor are incredibly bright and white which makes it really hard to use that common area during night time (ie most peoples free time). There should also be an option to turn off the common area tv’s if wanted by tenants.”
